Why a brief with tabs
A brief with tabs opens flat like a page, so it can go on while someone lies on their side, and it fastens at both hips with tabs that open and close again. That makes it the easiest product to change on a person in bed, and the easiest to check without taking it off. EnduraDry Max is our most absorbent product, rated to 4,257 mL (143.9 oz) in lab testing to ISO 11948-1.
It comes in M, L and XL, in packs of 16 or cases of 48. Fasten the lower tabs first, pointing slightly up, then the upper tabs pointing slightly down, and run a finger around the leg cuffs so they stand up against the skin.
Making it last longer
A Hyper insert with a waterproof back sits inside the brief, so changing the insert alone can keep the brief dry. Our guide to caring for a parent walks through a change in bed step by step.

Questions
Questions about LivDry adult briefs with tabs
When should you choose a LivDry brief with tabs over a pull-up?
When standing to dress is hard, or when someone helps you change in bed. A brief opens flat and goes on lying down, and the tabs reopen to adjust the fit.
How much can your LivDry EnduraDry Max brief hold?
Up to 4,257 mL (143.9 oz) in lab testing to ISO 11948-1, the most of anything in our range.
Which LivDry EnduraDry Max size do you need?
M, L and XL, in packs of 16 or cases of 48. The waist range of each size is printed on its pack.
