Four levels, one shape of day
If you leak a little when you cough, sneeze, laugh, lift or run, a thin pad in your own underwear may be all you need. Our Ultra Thin pads come in four levels. Moderate holds up to 170 mL (5.7 oz), Maximum up to 230 mL and Ultimate up to 300 mL (10 oz), with Moderate Plus in between. Each has raised side guards and an inner sheet balanced to the pH of skin.
Start low and step up if a pad fills before you can change it. A pad made for periods is built for a slower flow, so choose one made for bladder leaks. And tell your doctor about the leaks: the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases lists pelvic floor exercises among the first things to try.

Questions
Questions about LivDry ultra thin bladder pads for women
Which LivDry pad level do you need?
Start with Moderate, up to 170 mL (5.7 oz). If it fills before you can change, Maximum holds 230 mL and Ultimate 300 mL (10 oz).
Can you wear a LivDry Ultra Thin pad during a workout?
Yes. The pad is thin, and raised guards along both sides help hold a leak in place while you walk, run or lift.
Why should you use a LivDry bladder pad instead of a period pad?
Period pads are built for a slower, thicker flow. A bladder pad draws urine in faster and controls odor.
