Orders and returns

Orders go through our retail partner. For a delivery, a refund or a pack that arrived damaged, use the order page where you checked out: that is where the order lives.

Health questions

We can tell you how our products fit and how much they hold. We cannot tell you why leaks happen or what will stop them: a doctor or a continence nurse can, and many causes can be treated.
