About the LivDry Men's Ultimate Underwear

Our pull-up for men is black, so it looks like the underwear it replaces when you change at the gym or in a hotel room. The core is rated to hold up to 2,352 mL (79.5 oz), close to our Ultimate pull-up, with leak-barrier cuffs, stretch panels shaped for a man and sides that tear open. It comes in M, L and XL, in packs of 11 to 15 or cases of 44 to 60.

On the pull-up underwear shelf you will find it next to the Overnight Comfort Underwear, both part of the LivDry lineup.

Key features

  • Black, like underwear: A dark pull-up that does not look like a medical product in a locker room or a hotel bathroom.
  • Cut for men: The stretch panels and the shape of the front follow a man's body.
  • High-capacity core: Rated to 2,352 mL (79.5 oz).
  • Tear-away sides: The seams tear open, so it comes off without stepping out of it.

What goes with the LivDry Men's Ultimate Underwear

How to wear it

  1. 1

Choose M, L or XL by the larger of your waist and hips: M takes 34 to 46 inches, XL up to 64.

  2. 2

Step in and pull up as you would your own briefs. The front is shaped for a man.

  3. 3

Settle the leg cuffs flat against the thigh before you dress.

  4. 4

To change in a locker room or stall, tear the sides and slip a fresh one on.

When it fits

Workdays, the gym, golf, fishing trips and business travel. Men with leaks after prostate surgery often start here, once their doctor has said what to expect.

Size chart

Bladder leaks are common and often treatable. The NIH lists pelvic floor exercises, bladder training and less caffeine among the first steps, and a doctor can look for the cause.
